This in not a regular diet website.

If you came here to lose weight
and go
on with your life,
you came to the wrong place

You see, I've been losing weight all my life. I probably lost
two or three times my entire weight in the past 15 years. But like
you, I always found myself back with my extra 20 pounds, and
sometimes a little extra.

    I know what you are thinking, that's because I was there, until
about five years ago, when I changed. I didn't change my diet -
that would be silly. I am sure that anyone who reads this knows
how to lose weight as well as me or probably even better.

    What changed was my attitude towards diets. I believe that if 
you diet to lose weight, you lose weight and then gain it back.
But if you diet so you can have a better life, that is buy new
pants at any thin people store, or be comfortable in an
airplane seat, or how about eat at a restaurant without any hidden
shame... I'm sure you can think of some other reasons
by yourself.

This is what this site is about.

So if you want to join me in a new adventure, a new life,
a new beginning, this is the place.

You don't have to do anything. You only do what you want.
No one can ever make you do anything.

Think of this for a start:
Do you really have to go to work?
Do you really have to get up in the morning?
Do you really have to shop for food?
Do you really have to (and this is a tough one) take you kids to school?
    (Don't go mental about this one on me, I will explain it in a minute)

 

All these thing you do on a regular basis are "have to's"
They are, you "Have to" do these things.
Well actually you don't.

    Now you are thinking what the hek is he talking about?
Well in really simple words, you don't have to do any of these
things. You do them because of consequences.

If you don't go to work, you won't have money (this is the consequence),
It doesn't mean you have to go to work, it means you chose to go to work.

If you don't get up in the morning, your kids will be late
for school, you won't have time for breakfast, you will be late
for work, and some other stuff (this is consequence).
It doesn't mean you have to get up in the morning, it means, you
choose to get up in the morning.

Think about the two other things in the list. What would happen?
What are the consequences? What did you choose to do?

It's all your choice. No one else's. You don't have to do anything.
You choose to do everything you do.

The same here. You have to diet to loose weight, or you choose
to change your life.
Now it's up to you.

I can show you the way. I will show you the way I changed my life.
I didn't only lose the extra weight, I never got it back.

    But the change is not only in your weight, the change involves
all aspects of your life. How about if you make a million dollars in
the process of losing 40 pounds? That's like selling each of your
extra pounds for 25,000$ each. That would be nice.

    How about finding the love of your life while losing 40 pound?
It is also doable. Once you "choose" to change your life. Join me
in this path. It's an adventure. It's fun.
